The company enables Live AI, allowing organizations to run contextualized ML models with enterprise data. The role focuses on end-to-end Machine Learning projects, working with enterprise data and advancing state-of-the-art AI solutions. Engineers will be responsible for prototyping, evaluating, and productionizing ML projects, creating hybrid Vector/Graph indices, and delivering AI pipelines to critical industry clients. The position involves working with live data streams, improving AI pipeline performance, and contributing to developer frameworks used by thousands.
The ideal candidate should have a strong Computer Science background with excellent grades in both foundational courses and Machine Learning. Experience with Python stack, model monitoring, and CI/CD is essential. Responsibilities For R&D AI Software Engineer / End-to-End Machine Learning Engineer / RAG and LLM
- Design experimental end-to-end ML/AI pipelines
- Contribute to addressing new use cases beyond state of the art
- Improve/adapt AI pipelines for production with client data
- Pre-process data sources and perform optimizations for AI pipelines
- Design benchmark tasks and perform experiments
- Build unit tests and implement model monitoring
- Contribute high-quality production code to developer frameworks
- Help pre-process data sets for LLM training
Requirements For R&D AI Software Engineer / End-to-End Machine Learning Engineer / RAG and LLM
- 4+ year university degree in Computer Science with A-grades in foundational and ML courses
- Experience with hands-on Machine Learning/Data Science work in Python stack
- Experience with model monitoring, git, build systems, and CI/CD
- Fluent in English
- Strong background in algorithms and computational complexity
- Passionate about delivering high-quality code
- Good with data & engineering innovation in practice
