Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer
- Design and develop mini-program applications, including both internal and client-facing systems
- Implement solutions through fast iterations, from prototype to production release
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UED designers, end-users, and framework users
- Take ownership of code quality by conducting code reviews and fixing bugs
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Participate in continuous improvement of web performance
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer
- Minimum of 2+ years hands-on experience developing web application
- Proficiency in at least one front-end framework such as React/Vue
- Solid understanding of the WeChat Mini Program framework
- Experience with native(iOS/Android) mobile app development is highly desirable
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Proficiency in English is preferred for international communication
