Responsibilities For Android Developer
- Develop new and maintain published native Android applications linked with the company's portal
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Perform unit tests and preliminary debugging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Perform research on new technologies, tools and solutions
- Act as second level of support for production systems users
- Mentor and guide junior developers
Requirements For Android Developer
- Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK and different versions of Android
- Affiliated work experience on Android projects
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Experience with HTTP, JSON and RESTful and/or SOAP Web Services
- Experience with local data caching, threading and multitasking
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Experience working with source control systems and writing unit tests
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and intrinsic motivation
