Responsibilities For QA Engineer
- Promote automation-first mindset and provide efficient testing approaches
- Review requirements and specifications with Business Analysts
- Develop and evolve automated testing frameworks
- Write and maintain test plans and test cases
- Execute automated and manual test cases
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or Cypress
- Identify and implement QA process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams
- Mentor and coach team members in quality engineering
Requirements For QA Engineer
- Experience in designing and executing test cases
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Serenity, or Cucumber)
- Proficiency in API testing tools
- Software development experience (Go or Java preferred)
- Experience with Agile methods and processes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement
