Associate Manager Data Engineering

PepsiCo is seeking an Associate Manager Data Engineering to join their Enterprise Data Operations (EDO) team. This role involves developing and overseeing data product build & operations while driving a strong vision for data engineering's impact on the business. You'll work with a team building data pipelines, managing data lakes, and enabling analytics and machine learning efforts across the company. The position focuses on developing large-scale data applications in cloud environments, particularly around revenue management, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics. Working in a hybrid environment with both on-premise and cloud systems, you'll collaborate with process owners, product owners, and business users to deliver impactful data solutions. The role requires weekend work (4 weekends per quarter) with compensatory time off and is based exclusively in India.
