Description For Production Associate Manager

PepsiCo is seeking a Production Associate Manager for their Tolleson, Arizona facility. This key leadership role is responsible for managing three production lines producing approximately 25 million cases annually. The position focuses on delivering business unit results while improving performance across multiple manufacturing lines and products. The role offers a competitive salary range of $85,200 - $142,650 with a 12% annual bonus potential. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in beverage/foods manufacturing, and will lead a team of Production Supervisors while ensuring operational excellence through True Efficiency (TE) and Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) initiatives. The position requires strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a proven track record in driving cultural change. Responsibilities For Production Associate Manager

  • Manage 3 Production lines with approximately 25MM cases
  • Lead BU strategy and tactics development/execution
  • Deliver all Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Motivation KPIs
  • Ensure effective integration of Operational Excellence
  • Build and develop BU salaried talent
  • Manage TE and run strategies
  • Lead BU execution of Cost Management Process
  • Ensure HSE, Quality and Financial Controls compliance
  • Maintain positive employee relations

Requirements For Production Associate Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (engineering, business, technical)
  • 5+ years site manufacturing experience
  • Strong skills in TPM or Lean Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of HSE/Quality regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access and SAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
