Production Associate Manager

PepsiCo is seeking a Production Associate Manager for their Tolleson, Arizona facility. This key leadership role is responsible for managing three production lines producing approximately 25 million cases annually. The role offers a competitive salary range of $85,200 - $142,650 with a 12% annual bonus potential. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in beverage/foods manufacturing, and will lead a team of Production Supervisors while ensuring operational excellence through True Efficiency (TE) and Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) initiatives.
