Platform Operations Engineer

Pico, a global leader in financial market infrastructure, is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to join their team in Chicago. This role is crucial in designing and delivering top-tier server, storage, and trading platforms for both Pico's clients and internal infrastructure. You'll work closely with Account Management, Project Management, and Client Service Delivery teams, while also supporting the Service Operations (NOC) Team in handling escalations and knowledge transfer.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of critical trading platforms, implementing configuration changes, and participating in system design and problem resolution.
