Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer on the Business Systems team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing Plaid's enterprise solutions, including Salesforce and Zendesk instances, as well as business-critical applications like Lead Scoring, PRM, CPQ, Contract Management, and Support Systems.

You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated solutions within the Salesforce platform, working closely with business analysts to understand requirements and ensure seamless system integration. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, requiring strong collaboration skills and the ability to make strategic decisions about automation versus customization.
