Back-End SNR Software Engineer

Printec Romania, part of a multinational group operating in 16 European countries, is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join their Professional Services department. With over 30 years of excellence in electronic financial services, Printec develops proprietary products and implements solutions from global vendors like NCR Corp., VeriFone, and Castles Tech.

The role is within the POSApplications Development team, focusing on POS management applications. You'll be working with technologies like .NET/C#, C++, and Android, developing customized end-user applications. The position involves collaboration with the POS and Servers team for integrating client-server applications, including Remote Key Management and Terminal Management/Monitoring Servers.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll participate in analysis, design, development, and implementation of software products in the electronic financial transactions domain. You'll work with commercial banks and major financial institutions, writing code in project-related teams and participating in analysis meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Web APIs, .NET Framework, and SQL, combined with excellent communication skills for client interactions. You'll be expected to guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and take ownership of features from design to production.
