Founding Full-Stack Engineer

ProSights is seeking an exceptional founding full-stack product engineer passionate about front-end and user experience to lead product innovation and feature development for AI finance workflow automations. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

The role involves building a platform that will revolutionize workflows for financial services companies using AI. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for design & UX, as the product serves demanding users who require intuitive interfaces. They must stay current with technological innovations, especially in UX/product development.

The position demands adaptability, continuous learning, and comfort with exploring unfamiliar territories while maintaining productivity. As a founding team member, you'll need to be self-driven, capable of autonomous work, and comfortable making critical technical decisions. The role requires deep interest in understanding user challenges and maintaining high quality standards across both frontend and backend development.

The company offers comprehensive benefits including all in-office meals, with a hybrid work schedule of 6 in-person days and 1 optional remote day weekly. They share a co-working space with other NYC-based YC companies and are open to relocating engineers from outside New York. Visa sponsorship (H-1B, TN, etc.) is available.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $185,000 plus meaningful equity (0.75% - 1.50%), comprehensive health and gym benefits, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the investment industry through AI innovation.
