Publica by IAS, a leading Advertising Platform for Connected Television (CTV), is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning to join their CTV product team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a platform that handles billions of requests per hour in the rapidly growing Ad Tech industry.
The position combines full-stack development with machine learning expertise, requiring proficiency in both Golang and Python. Engineers at Publica work across the entire technology stack, from frontend load balancers to data warehousing and ML solutions. The role involves deploying machine learning models into production environments, working with data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of software/ML engineering experience and be fluent in Python and industry-recognized ML frameworks like scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Experience with infrastructure and DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, Docker) is a plus. The position offers a competitive salary range of $145,000-$160,000 for California applicants.

- Work on platform handling billions of requests per hour
- Take projects from design to production across full stack
- Develop ML solutions and user interfaces for clients

- 4+ years experience as a software/ML engineer
- Experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments
