Responsibilities For Multimedia Power Engineer

  • Develop efficient multimedia system architecture for power, performance and cost optimization
  • Analyze power for selected use-cases using system models
  • Roll out architectural analysis and proposals to HW and SW design teams
  • Ensure goals are met and modeling assumptions are validated through SOC execution
  • Support Mobile, Compute, IoT, and Automotive OEMs to optimize power on commercial devices

Requirements For Multimedia Power Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years experience working on low power design/analysis
  • Experience with computer architecture and HW/SW systems design/architecture
  • Knowledge of system level aspects of low power design
  • Experience in camera/image processing, video compression (preferred)
  • Masters degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science preferred
