RF Product Development Engineer (Bench)

Qualcomm, the world's leading wireless technology innovator, is seeking an RF Product Development Engineer to join their team in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. This role is part of the RF Product Development and Test Engineering group, which develops test solutions for design verification of highly integrated RF transceiver IC and modules.

You'll be responsible for designing and developing RF test benches, creating efficient test software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and repeatable testing. The role involves hands-on work with RF measurement techniques, test bench design, and debugging of both hardware and software components.

Key aspects of the role include supporting characterization and optimization of various transceiver blocks, driving test efficiency improvements through innovation, and developing AI/machine learning tools to expedite device optimization cycles. You'll work closely with Design, System, Program Management, Reliability, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to create, commercialize, and support RF products.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, experience with RF testing and measurement equipment, and programming skills in languages like C++, Python, or MATLAB.
