Description For Senior/Staff Gaming Software Engineer

Qualcomm, a leading technology innovator, is seeking a Senior/Staff Gaming Software Engineer to join their team in Beijing. This role sits at the intersection of gaming and hardware optimization, focusing on developing and implementing cutting-edge gaming features and optimizations.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on advanced gaming technologies, including super resolution, frame interpolation, and performance optimization. You'll be part of a team that pushes the boundaries of what's possible in mobile gaming, working with both CPU and GPU technologies to create exceptional gaming experiences.

As a Software Engineer at Qualcomm, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and validating embedded and cloud edge software that drives world-class products. You'll collaborate closely with systems, hardware, architecture, and test engineers to create comprehensive software solutions that meet and exceed customer needs.

The ideal candidate should have strong C/C++ programming skills and experience with 3D graphics technologies such as GLES, Vulkan, or DX. Knowledge of advanced rendering technology, including both traditional rasterizer and ray tracing pipeline, would be highly valuable. The role requires someone who can effectively communicate in English and work collaboratively in a team environment.
