As a SOC Infrastructure IP System HW Architect, you'll be responsible for defining hardware architectures based on product requirements, ensuring SW developer-friendly interfaces, and driving innovative technologies. The position demands strong knowledge in split multi-die/chiplet architectures, interconnect protocols, and infrastructure IP components. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including platform system architectures (ARM, X86, RISC-V), industry standards (PCIe, CXL, USB, MIPI), and advanced security features.

Requirements For SOC Infrastructure IP System HW Architect

Linux
  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong knowledge in split multi-die / chiplet architectures and Die-to-Die links
  • Strong knowledge in industry standard Interconnect Protocol and IO Devices Protocol
  • Strong knowledge in SOC and Infrastructure IP architecture
  • Strong knowledge in Quality of Service, Clocks, Power management
  • Experience with Performance modeling and validation
  • Experience with RTL design and complete design flow
  • Excellent communication skills
