Software Engineer - Windows on Snapdragon

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Windows on Snapdragon (WoS) team in San Diego. This role is part of Qualcomm's Customer Engineering Group, which supports customers with embedded software and systems development from concept to product launch.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge ARM architecture technology and contribute to the next generation of Windows laptops, tablets, and computing devices. As a Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in commercializing the Windows on ARM Compute Product line and supporting enterprise customers with their WoS platform needs.

Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance to enterprise customers, resolving issues related to peripherals, stability, and multimedia, and debugging enterprise applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze root causes of software/hardware issues, and implement tools for troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in debugging techniques and programming languages like C, C++, and Python. Strong knowledge of Windows 11 environment, UEFI architecture, and debugging tools is preferred.
