Key responsibilities include performing SOC validation, conducting DDR-related debug operations, executing regression and PVT testing, managing emulation build validation, and overseeing post-silicon test execution and data review. The role requires a strong technical foundation with expertise in DDR interfaces, JEDEC specifications, and bus-level transaction analysis.
The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of relevant experience (with a Bachelor's degree) or equivalent education/experience combinations, demonstrating proficiency in hardware debugging, C code manipulation, and familiarity with various memory technologies including RDIMM, LRDIMM, HBM3/4, CXL, and DDR5/6. Experience with debug tools, including JTAG and kernel debuggers, is essential, with Lauterbach experience being a plus.
