Software Engineer II -Connected Intelligence

The role sits within Engineering Services (ES), which serves as Qualtrics' incubation engine, working directly with our most sophisticated and strategic customers to rapidly capture value from emerging opportunities. You'll be building distributed systems that can handle massive scale while maintaining low latency, creating integrations with major enterprise platforms, and developing advanced analytics capabilities.

Your day-to-day work will involve designing and implementing scalable services, working with modern technologies like Java, PHP, Scala, and JavaScript. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. The hybrid work environment offers flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration, with three designated in-office days per week.

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in software engineering, particularly in system design and implementation. You should be comfortable with both backend and frontend technologies, have strong database knowledge, and be able to work effectively in an agile environment.
