As their Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of their San Francisco office operations, working in a dynamic environment alongside hackers, engineers, researchers, and artists.

You'll be responsible for maintaining a smooth-running office environment, from managing daily operations and security to coordinating food services and community relations. Responsibilities For Office Manager

  • Manage daily office operations (8:00 AM-4:00 PM)
  • Oversee security systems, video surveillance, and physical keys
  • Handle emergency responses
  • Maintain indoor/outdoor plants and general office appearance
  • Coordinate waste management and mail services
  • Manage office supply inventory and procurement
  • Plan and execute daily lunch program
  • Manage catering for special events
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Manage visitor protocols and reception duties
  • Help manage high priority scheduling and travel for CEO

Requirements For Office Manager

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Ability to work on-site in San Francisco (Mission neighborhood)
  • Experience in facility operations and management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle emergency responses and maintenance issues
