Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Replo is revolutionizing online commerce with an AI-powered platform that handles everything from shop design to marketing campaigns. As a mid to senior/staff level full-stack engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building this innovative technology.

You'll be working on architecting and implementing full-stack product features using Typescript/React/Node. Key projects include developing agentic workflows for shop design and optimization, building payment processing infrastructure, launching analytics infrastructure using Clickhouse/Kafka to handle billions of events monthly, and owning the end-to-end user onboarding flow.

The ideal candidate should be able to work 3-4 days/week in our San Francisco office and be proficient in Typescript/React/Node. We're looking for someone who leverages tools like Cursor/Windsurf/GPT to accelerate their work and has experience building products from 0 to 1 with real users and revenue.

Our culture emphasizes rapid shipping over lengthy planning cycles. You should be comfortable operating independently without constant product/design guidance, have strong opinions on software architecture based on past experiences, and value writing clean, maintainable code with proper documentation.

Bonus points for candidates with a CS degree or formal STEM background, startup experience (especially as a founder), hackathon participation, and an eye for visual design. We're particularly interested in engineers who prioritize practical experience over leetcode grinding.
