The role involves working with a small, dynamic team of four, comprising engineers and operators from prestigious institutions like UBC, CMU, and SFU. The team brings valuable experience from organizations such as AWS, Article, and Microsoft AI.

Key Technical Aspects:

• Optimize queuing systems for handling 1M+ compute-heavy Playwright jobs daily
• Work with AWS and bare metal infrastructure
• Implement autoscaling and deployment strategies using Kubernetes
• Develop and maintain LLM/Agent stack components including evals, prompt design, and custom OCR pipelines
