As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating secure, scalable solutions that surface key portfolio performance, transactional insights, and documents. The position requires working across the entire stack, from backend services to responsive frontend interfaces.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of full stack engineering experience, with deep expertise in SaaS architectures and modern development practices. You'll work with cutting-edge tools including ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot, while utilizing technologies such as Java/Kotlin, React, TypeScript, and AWS. The role demands strong architectural knowledge, experience with microservices, and proficiency in API design and implementation.

Responsibilities For Staff Full Stack Engineer, Client Communications
- Be involved in the entire SDLC, from inception of requirements through implementation
- Contribute technical and architectural knowledge to an Agile team
- Create unit/contract/integration tests and robust logging/monitoring
- Impact tech stack based on modern frameworks and AWS services
- Create automation for scalable, high-quality applications
- Coach, mentor and inspire teammates
- Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions and communicate clearly
Requirements For Staff Full Stack Engineer, Client Communications
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Science or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in full stack engineering
- Strong background in developing and maintaining scalable SaaS applications
- Demonstrated mastery of data structures, algorithms and architectural patterns
- Proficient in developing backend services and microservices architectures
- Understanding of API design and implementation
- Experience with messaging systems
- Capabilities in building responsive interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
- Experience with CSS and component-based architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms deployment and management
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and infrastructure as code
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
