Lead Full-Stack Engineer

As their first product-focused engineering hire, you'll work directly with the CTO and collaborate closely with the engineering team. This hands-on role involves leading both frontend and backend development, contributing across the stack—from product design to growth initiatives. The position requires strong ownership and initiative.

The tech stack includes Next.js on Vercel for frontend, Firebase and Go for backend, with AI pipeline implementation opportunities. The role demands 4+ years of engineering experience, though they value production experience and impressive personal projects. You should have a good eye for design and user experience, without necessarily being focused on pixel-perfect implementations.
