Senior Client Platform Engineer

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Client Platform Engineer to join the Corporate Endpoints team. This role is crucial in building out and supporting endpoint management tools for internal employees across supported platforms. The ideal candidate will work on expanding and maintaining the security and stability of endpoint management infrastructure, with a primary focus on macOS. They will also build and maintain management tooling for other platforms like ChromeOS, Windows, and mobile phones.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and building of new tools based on internal requirements and specifications
• Building automation to support device and account lifecycle management
• Acting as a point of escalation for other Corporate Engineering teams
• Assisting in triaging issues related to CPE tooling
• Performing code reviews, writing documentation, and driving engineering best practices

The role requires:

• 5+ years of experience as a CPE engineer in similar-sized companies
• Experience managing macOS devices using Munki, MDM (FleetDM), and configuration management tools like Saltstack
• Strong understanding of modern endpoint management tooling
• Solid coding or scripting background in languages such as Python, Swift, Go, Bash, or Powershell
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Passion for improving employee experience
