[2025] Software Engineer, Game Engine Network - New Grad

Roblox is seeking an outstanding New College Graduate to join their Game Engine Network team. This role involves making a direct impact on the foundation of Roblox by supporting massive immersive worlds with huge player counts on multiple devices. The ideal candidate will help connect people on the Roblox platform by supporting low-end devices while experiences become larger and more immersive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and debug features
• Ship code to production
• Work with Roblox's Design, Product, Data, QA, and DevOps teams
• Report to various teams to coordinate products or features

Requirements:

• Undergraduate/graduate degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in C++ and one or more programming languages such as Lua, Rust, Typescript, and C#
• Passion for games, user-generated content, and social networking
• Problem-solving skills and ability to excel in ambiguous environments
• Quick development of proficiency in coding standards
