Routable is a Series B startup revolutionizing B2B payments with a modern, API-driven platform that simplifies bill payments and mass payouts. With $46M in funding, we serve major clients like Ticketmaster, Snackpass, and Garmentory.

As a Senior Back End Engineer, you'll work directly with product, design, and engineering teams to shape our product and culture. We're a fully remote company fostering intellectual curiosity and problem-solving. Our team spans across the United States and Canada, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. We prioritize our core values: Engaging with Empathy, Volunteering Assistance, Owning It, Building with Purpose, and Expecting Authenticity.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of web application development experience, strong Python/Django expertise, and a passion for building customer-facing features. You'll be instrumental in implementing third-party API integrations, writing automated tests, and maintaining high coding standards.

We offer competitive compensation, stock options, comprehensive health benefits, and a flexible vacation policy. Our bi-annual team meetups in exciting locations (currently paused due to COVID-19) help build strong team relationships.
