The position involves leading multiple transformation projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams across GTM and G&A functions.

Responsibilities For AI Agent-First Architect
- Lead Agent-Ready Data Harmonization & Management across Salesforce Data Cloud
- Design and implement knowledge management systems using Knowledge Objects
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of headless agents
- Develop AI-driven solutions for intelligent insights and recommendations
- Implement automated systems for agentic audits
- Architect and deploy Salesforce solutions with AI agent capabilities
- Lead process transformation and optimization initiatives
- Manage multiple Agent-First transformation projects
- Serve as subject matter expert on Salesforce solutions and AI integration
Requirements For AI Agent-First Architect
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and capabilities
- Experience in process transformation and optimization
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom development and integrations
- Experience working with GTM and G&A functions
