Responsibilities For Principal Solution Engineer, Public Sector, Canada
- Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams
- Understand customer's needs and establish Salesforce's product as the best solution
- Convey deep understanding of client's industry and technology
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and customized demos
- Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives
- Respond efficiently to RFxs (RFPs, RFIs and ITQs)
- Lead the technical side of the sales cycle
Requirements For Principal Solution Engineer, Public Sector, Canada
- 5+ years combined experience working with Canadian public sector organizations
- Experience in Digital Transformation strategies and enterprise consulting
- 5+ years of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success
- Bilingual in English and French (oral, written, presentation skills)
- Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willing and able to travel occasionally
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence, specifically generative AI and LLM concepts
