Responsibilities For Principal Solution Engineer, Public Sector, Canada

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams
  • Understand customer's needs and establish Salesforce's product as the best solution
  • Convey deep understanding of client's industry and technology
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and customized demos
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives
  • Respond efficiently to RFxs (RFPs, RFIs and ITQs)
  • Lead the technical side of the sales cycle

Requirements For Principal Solution Engineer, Public Sector, Canada

  • 5+ years combined experience working with Canadian public sector organizations
  • Experience in Digital Transformation strategies and enterprise consulting
  • 5+ years of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success
  • Bilingual in English and French (oral, written, presentation skills)
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence, specifically generative AI and LLM concepts
