Salesforce is seeking a Manager and/or Sr. Manager of Product Management to focus on the Developer Experience across their Unified Messaging service and deliver world-class SDK experiences to support Mobile App Experience capabilities. The ideal candidate will be humble, intensely curious, and able to influence and lead without authority. They will be data-driven and able to articulate complex ideas clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning the product vision and roadmap for developer needs
- Delivering high-value products, features, and integrations
- Using quantitative data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Conducting customer research and using feedback to drive improvements
- Understanding competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market strategies
- Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes
- Participating in cross-functional initiatives
- Acting as the subject-matter expert for team-owned solutions
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in product management, engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with building mobile apps and/or SDKs for Mobile Apps
- Expert-level experience with the full product development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile development methodology and Test-Driven Development
- Experience using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Experience presenting to executive leadership teams
- Understanding of Mobile App Experience space and SDK capabilities (a plus)
