Responsibilities For Program Manager/ Sr. Program Manager, AI Research Operations
- Budget Management and quarterly forecasting
- Data Strategy development and operationalization
- Procurement Management and vendor relations
- Organize and present at team meetings and offsites
- Manage Academic Partnerships and University Grants Programs
- Maintain Operational Excellence following Salesforce policies
- Collaborate with operations team on large scale projects
Requirements For Program Manager/ Sr. Program Manager, AI Research Operations
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of project/program management experience
- Proven record of delivering sophisticated projects across multiple departments
- Experience interfacing with academic research community and universities
- Ability to work independently with high ambiguity projects
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze large data sets
- Proven experience in people management
- Willingness to travel 2-4 times per year
