Responsibilities For Software Engineering AMTS

  • Resolve customer tickets and upgrade software dependencies using existing playbooks
  • Participate in code reviews and testing of new features
  • Implement algorithms for platform and application features
  • Work with Product Management and Technical Operations to develop, test, and deploy software
  • Analyze, design, and develop test cases and implement automated test suites
  • Resolve complex technical issues for deployed apps/services on Platform such as AWS and Kubernetes
  • Drive innovation that improves the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
