Software Engineering MTS

Salesforce, a global leader in CRM and enterprise cloud solutions, is seeking a Software Engineering MTS to join their team in San Francisco. This role offers a competitive salary range of $180,960 - $188,600 and combines both remote and office work opportunities.

The position involves working on critical infrastructure components that power Salesforce's core services, focusing on high-durability data storage solutions using Oracle and Postgres, as well as networking and load balancing implementations using Java, Jetty, and Python. You'll be responsible for designing and developing schema management frameworks in cloud environments that meet Salesforce's rigorous standards for scalability, availability, performance, and security.

As a Software Engineering MTS, you'll work with multiple scrum teams, collaborating closely with Quality Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Operations to develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions. The role requires expertise in both front-end development using React-JavaScript and back-end development using Spring-Hibernate-Postgres.

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least one year of relevant experience.
