The position involves working on critical systems that serve Salesforce's large user base, requiring expertise in both backend and frontend development. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions using technologies like Java, JavaScript, React, and SQL, while ensuring high reliability and performance.

As an SMTS, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and other engineers to conceptualize and build new features. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a strong background in computer science or engineering. Key technical requirements include proficiency in Java, SQLServer, React JS, REST APIs, and Docker, along with experience in Agile development methodologies.
