Working with hundreds of certified partners, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to Japan's Salesforce business growth while developing deep product expertise. Responsibilities For Specialist Solution Engineer - Alliance

  • Provide product enablement activities for partners (mass-oriented)
  • Create content from basic product knowledge to advanced engineering content
  • Build and maintain hands-on demo environments
  • Create e-learning courses for Partner Learning Camp (PLC)
  • Share product information on Partner Community
  • Support Salesforce certification acquisition
  • Plan and execute product seminars for partners
  • Collect and localize global information for Japan/Korea/Taiwan
  • Provide customized product enablement sessions for individual partners
  • Support partner marketing events
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Customer Success Group Team

Requirements For Specialist Solution Engineer - Alliance
