Description For Success Architect-Sales Cloud

Salesforce, the global leader in CRM, is seeking a Success Architect specializing in Sales Cloud to join their Customer Success team. This role is part of Cloud Success, a specialized team bringing together customer support engineers, proactive monitoring, specialist product advisors, and technical architects. As a Success Architect, you'll work with Salesforce's most strategic customers, providing expert guidance on solution design, system performance optimization, and technical health maintenance. The role requires deep expertise in Sales Cloud features, data management, security architecture, and system integration. You'll collaborate with various teams across Customer Success and Product organization, bridging the gap between customers, support, and product development. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in Salesforce administration, development, and architecture, along with excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with both technical teams and executive leadership. Requirements For Success Architect-Sales Cloud

  • Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant certifications required
  • Experience with large-scale, sophisticated implementations
  • Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, and technical governance
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration
  • High proficiency in English
  • Experience with APEX programming, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
  • Expertise in role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles, and security configurations
  • Strong understanding of APIs, middleware and event-driven architectures
