Contact Center Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Contact Center Integration Engineer, you'll be crucial in building and maintaining the communications infrastructure between our AI platform and various contact center solutions.

The role involves ensuring seamless integration with client contact center systems, enabling automated loan servicing communications at scale. You'll work with SIP protocols, VoIP technologies, and various contact center platforms like Genesys, Cisco, Twilio, and Amazon Connect.

• 3+ years experience with SIP/VoIP technologies
