Product Engineer - Salient

As a Product Engineer at Salient, you'll be at the forefront of reshaping loan servicing through AI. You'll build and enhance their AI platform that automates every aspect of loan servicing - from payment processing to fraud prevention and customer support. Working directly on features that help lenders better serve customers while improving compliance and reducing risk, you'll have a significant impact on the financial services industry.

The role requires strong Python skills and a proven track record of shipping user-focused products. You'll need excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities and deep empathy for user needs. The position offers competitive compensation ($180K-$250K) with equity (0.08%-0.30%) and requires 4 days in-person in San Francisco.
