This role involves collaborating with a global engineering team to develop a world-class security program using modern principles across corporate infrastructure. The position focuses on building automated alerting and response capabilities, developing security tools and workflows, and maintaining active security programs.
The ideal candidate will take security seriously while creating low-friction solutions in partnership with other teams. They will be responsible for implementing and managing enterprise security systems, writing documentation, collaborating across departments, and mentoring junior engineers. Responsibilities For Senior Security Engineer - Enterprise Security
- Own and drive execution of multiple key enterprise security systems
- Write clear, concise documentation and runbooks for enterprise security workflows
- Collaborate with partners across Engineering, IT, and Security
- Assist the Security Operations team during security investigations
- Partner with engineering teams to triage and support remediation of vulnerabilities
- Mentor engineers in the Security team
Requirements For Senior Security Engineer - Enterprise Security
- 8+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in Enterprise Security specific role
- Deep expertise in enterprise security engineering best practices
- Strong scripting skills with Python
- Experience building, integrating, and maintaining enterprise security tools
- Strong familiarity with common security problems
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and security platforms
- Track record of delivering large scope, impactful work
