Assistant Product Developer

The Assistant Product Developer at SanMar Employee Board is responsible for assisting a product line with a wide range of product categories and tasks, providing administrative support with design, quality testing, and product and sample tracking.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining technical product specifications
• Assisting in the development of fabrics, trims, colors, and styles
• Managing product development tracking charts
• Facilitating tasks in the ERP system
• Managing production status and on-time delivery
• Maintaining fabric swatch library and sample racks
• Assisting with prototypes and sample reviews
• Supporting fabric/product testing requirements
• Collaborating with Merchandising team

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent apparel industry experience
• Knowledge of garment construction and raw materials
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Experience with bags/gears/accessories (preferred)

• Salary range: $25.00 - $33.65 per hour
