As a Senior Engineer, you'll be working with Shield AI's cutting-edge products, including Hivemind Enterprise—EdgeOS, Pilot, Commander, and Forge—as well as V-BAT and Sentient Vision Systems. The role involves leading teams at the intersection of artificial intelligence, task & motion planning, and controls, while working closely with talented engineers to architect solutions and set standards for software engineering.

The ideal candidate will bring 3-5+ years of experience in Unmanned Systems programs in the DoD or applied R&D, along with a strong mathematical background in control theory and autonomous systems technologies. You'll be responsible for integrating Shield AI autonomy products with third-party systems and writing autonomous behaviors for various aircraft platforms, including VTOL and Fixed Wing systems.
