Side is seeking a Staff Web UI Engineer to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This strategic leadership role offers an opportunity to shape the future of their web platform and tech stack. The position combines hands-on coding with high-level strategic thinking, focusing on designing, building, and optimizing web applications that ensure exceptional performance and user experience.

As a Staff Web Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving key initiatives including next-generation web platform capabilities, repo branching strategies, and CI/CD processes. The role requires expertise in modern web technologies, with a focus on Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript. You'll work extensively with Git, manage release trains, and implement feature flags for progressive rollouts.
