Responsibilities For Senior Analytics Developer
- Own the relationship with business team stakeholders for the data team
- Collaborate with business teams to identify, document and develop analytic solutions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines collecting data from various source systems
- Develop and maintain data model transformations for analytic models
- Ensure data accuracy, quality and consistency
- Maintain data catalog and documentation
- Monitor and respond to production incidents
- Optimize queries and data engineering activities
- Implement data governance and security best practices
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior Analytics Engineers
Requirements For Senior Analytics Developer
- 5+ years of experience working with cloud based data engineering platforms
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and cloud-based data warehouse platforms
- Proficiency building transformations and data models using declarative programming
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and data governance principles
