Description For Temporal Engineer - EU/South America

Space Inch is seeking an experienced Temporal Engineer to lead a crucial migration project from Tidal to Temporal for a leading US investment/asset management company. This role combines technical expertise with strategic vision, focusing on enhancing scalability and operational efficiency across multiple teams. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with both Space Inch and client team members, forming part of five different combined teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in job scheduling automation, particularly with the Temporal platform, along with strong experience in cloud platforms and infrastructure tools. This role requires not just technical skills but also strategic thinking and leadership capabilities to drive architectural decisions and influence workflow automation across the organization.

Working at Space Inch means joining a globally distributed team with a strong presence in Croatia, offering a genuine work-life balance and deep integration with client teams rather than mere staff augmentation. The company provides executive coaching and supports professional growth, with occasional travel opportunities including annual retreats in Croatia.

The role offers competitive compensation ($5,000-$6,000/month) and various benefits including remote work flexibility, educational stipends, and health benefits. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys redefining processes, leading strategic changes, and making a significant impact in a FinTech environment while working with a professional and cohesive team.
