Spotify, the world's leading audio streaming platform, is seeking a Junior iOS Engineer to join their Partner Growth product area within Platform and Partner Experience R&D Studio. This role focuses on driving sustainable partner growth through integrations with major strategic partners like Google, Samsung, Microsoft, and Meta. The position involves building foundations for AI-powered platforms and extending Spotify's reach to more users.
The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team working on partner SDKs and APIs, ensuring scalable and robust integrations. You'll be writing Swift code, working with iOS frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role requires strong technical skills in iOS development and a passion for quality code.
Working from Stockholm in a hybrid setup (3 days per week in office), you'll be part of Spotify's mission to unlock human creativity and connect artists with billions of fans. Responsibilities For Junior iOS Engineer - Partner Integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain new features for the Partner Growth product area
- Implement new features in our partner SDKs to address evolving requirements
- Support our partners' development teams using our APIs and SDKs to build integrations
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback
Requirements For Junior iOS Engineer - Partner Integrations
- Write readable, idiomatic and maintainable Swift code
- Familiar with iOS frameworks such as SwiftUI and UIKit
- Experience or exposure to SDK development
- Knowledge of common iOS design patterns and API design
- Experience with testing frameworks such as XCTest and UI testing
- Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset
