Senior Product Engineer

Stepful is revolutionizing healthcare vocational education by providing accelerated digital-first training programs. As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building technology that directly impacts students' success and career outcomes.

The role involves developing an advanced Learning Management System focused on student engagement and outcomes. You'll work on features including adaptive learning, peer-to-peer engagement, gamification, and AI-powered career services. Key responsibilities include building platforms for instructors and staff, managing educational content at scale, and establishing reliable data pipelines.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of engineering experience, preferably in edtech or healthcare startups. You should be proficient in at least one part of our stack (React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL) and comfortable leading full-stack projects.
