As a Customer Reliability Escalation Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our technical support team, providing senior-level expertise to Customer Reliability Engineers (CREs). Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, consulting on complex issues, and fostering strong relationships with our development engineering team. You'll be instrumental in developing technical troubleshooting sessions, creating training materials, and maintaining our internal knowledge base.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in senior technical support or team leadership within container management, cloud management, or cloud security fields. You should have master-level expertise in Kubernetes and Linux, along with extensive knowledge of scripting languages and major cloud providers. Your ability to manage multiple projects, thrive under pressure, and communicate effectively is crucial.
