Senior Full Stack Engineer, Internal Tooling

Taptap Send is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their Internal Tooling team in London, UK. This role involves defining, building, and iterating on features for internal tooling, working closely with various teams to create reliable and intuitive experiences for internal users and developers.

Tech Stack:

• React Native and TypeScript for mobile app
• Kotlin backend with PostgreSQL database
• AWS infrastructure managed via Terraform
• Web React and Python for internal tools

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of mobile application product development
• Build experiences across the stack using React Native and Spring
• Write well-tested, high-quality code with a focus on reusability
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ship features regularly
• Participate in release planning and deployment
• Mentor team members
• Evaluate and deliver project timeline estimates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience building consumer-facing applications
• Experience owning user-facing features end-to-end
• Experience with cloud-based systems (AWS preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage priorities

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience with Python, Kotlin, Web React, and TypeScript
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools
• Experience with multi-platform mobile apps handling significant traffic
