Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer

  • Take ownership of technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to APIs and blockchain technologies
  • Document technical knowledge and best practices in ReadMe.com and Open API documentation
  • Respond to customer queries via Freshdesk and live chat
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Analyze and debug logs using GCP, Grafana, and monitoring tools

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer
