As a Staff DevOps Engineer at TealBook Inc., you'll play a crucial role in architecting cloud infrastructure, optimizing deployment pipelines, and contributing to overall technical strategy. You'll lead (without direct management responsibilities) a junior DevOps engineer, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and scalable operations for GenAI applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical discussions and implementing DevOps best practices
- Architecting and maintaining cloud infrastructure on GCP using Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers
- Collaborating with development teams to optimize application performance
- Managing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Contributing to backend development projects using Python
- Evaluating and introducing new technologies to improve DevOps practices
- Working with Product Managers on software development projects
