telli is revolutionizing customer communication for B2C companies through AI voice agents. Founded in 2024 and backed by Y Combinator (Fall '24 batch), we've already achieved 6-figure ARR and secured $3.6M in seed funding from top-tier investors.

We're building a platform that transforms how businesses communicate with customers through voice AI, making interactions more natural and scalable. Our mission is to provide businesses with simple, tailored tools that enhance their customer communication channels.

As a Founding Product Engineer, you'll join our all-star team in Berlin, working alongside experienced founders Finn, Philipp, Seb, and Paulus. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres, and temporal.io. We value a customer-centric approach and the ability to ship end-to-end features.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment and has experience delivering high-quality software. You should enjoy challenging work, contributing across the entire development stack, and having immediate impact. We're looking for someone who can collaborate closely with the team in our Berlin Mitte office.
